Today's blog is a blog I didn't want to have to write, but when I decided to start this blog, I made a commitment to write about fashion. Today, one of the fashion industry's brightest stars died. Alexander McQueen was only 40 when he decided to take his own life. Many people out there have taken to writing about his life and his accomplishments, so I'm not going to waste your time. I don't pretend to be a fashion historian. I love clothes, and that's what I'm here to talk about. So today I went through his body of work and picked out my favorite pieces to share with you all. I hope you all are as inspired as I am by his work, and that you all see the sheer artistry of Alexander McQueen's clothes.
